This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information Bargold Storage Systems, LLC ("Bargold") and our affiliates, subsidiaries, or otherwise controlled entities (unless they have published their own privacy policy) collects, uses, shares, and stores, and your choices of what gets stored for your convenience, when you visit our website, use our online payment portal, use our mobile application, rent a storage unit, or otherwise engage with us online or offline (collectively our "Services"). Bargold may collect information from users of our websites at www.bargold.com and www.BargoldStorage.com (the “Websites”).We hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us.

What we collect

• Bargold’s servers and other logging devices automatically record information when you visit our website including the URLs requested, IP address, ports, protocols, commands entered, browser type, language, and the date and time of your request.
• Bargold collects and stores your name, address, email address, phone number, Bank ACH routing and account information, and Driver’s license, state issued ID, or other form of identification via our electronic leasing application (the “Account Information”).
• All connections to Bargold Websites and Services are secured with encrypted connections. ACH information and user created passwords are encrypted during transmission and stored in an encrypted format.
• Bargold may also collect personally identifiable information via hard copy format in cases where digital information cannot be obtained.

What we do not collect

• Bargold does not collect any other personally identifiable information in connection with our Services not already detailed herein.

Additional Data Collection Through Webflow Hosting

BargoldStorage.com is hosted on Webflow, and Webflow may collect, use, and share certain data as set forth in their privacy policy located at https://webflow.com/legal/privacy. As a result, additional data collection may occur when visiting the BargoldStorage.com site, including:

• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Webflowmay use essential cookies for website functionality and analytics tools togather aggregated user data (e.g., page visits, duration, and interactions). While we do not sell your information, third-party services integrated into Webflow may collect data to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Form Submissions: If you submit forms via our website (e.g., contact forms, inquiries), Webflow temporarily stores this     information before forwarding it securely to us.

• Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Webflowand third-party services (such as Google Analytics) may track website usage to help us improve site functionality and user experience. • We use personal information to facilitate the billing and provisioning of the Services you’ve requested.
• We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis of our processes and systems to improve Bargold technologies and Services.

• We may also share information with other professional third parties in very limited circumstances, including in compliance with law enforcement legal process or order, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.
• Bargold processes and stores data on servers located in the United States only.

Your Choices

• When you register for Services with Bargold, and choose to pay your bill online, you must create and save a strong password to access account history and facilitate payments. You have the option of enabling Multi Factor or Two Step authentication in addition to your password. You may simply use the link included with your e-bill and enter your payment information only as well.
• You have the choice, and are encouraged, to periodically review your personal information for accuracy upon request by calling (718) 247-7000 Ext 123. You may update or correct anything found to be inaccurate and/or have information deleted entirely, whenever appropriate and possible.
• You may decline to provide requested personal information;     however, we will not be able to provide our Services without the mandatory     information outlined in this document, including the Account Information.
