Nothing – Bargold handles all installation costs, and everything related to the
storage units. The only cost to the building is the electricity for LED lighting,
which Bargold installs along with a motion timer.

Bargold partners with local support to provide maintenance to the units. We ask
for feedback from on-site partners, so we know if we need to increase
maintenance.

Approximately 25 sq. ft. Each space is unique, and we install larger and smaller
units depending on the resident need and what the space can accommodate.

We look at the local market pricing, take an average, and price below what larger
self-storage companies call Street Rate or Market Rate

Once a signed agreement is in place we can usually start installation within 4-6
weeks if not sooner (lead time on materials)

We do not install bike racks, but these are a great example of what you can put
the additional revenue towards, and we can partner with you on the project as
well

We hope to be long-term partners but can negotiate a purchase at the end of
term if requested
