you cannot store, and these include: jewelry, heirlooms, art, collectibles,
antiques, as well as food, combustibles (including e-bikes and the like), and
illegal items.

payments at the time of your rental and can make updates to your account

just call or email us to let us know that you are fully out of your unit. Make sure to

No. Our units are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with other residents.
The unit must be vacated and then go to the next person on the waitlist. The new
owner or resident will need to secure their spot on the waitlist.
We are in a partnership with the building wherein the building is responsible for
keeping the hallways clear and maintaining any building related items, and
Bargold ensures that the units are maintained in a safe and secure condition.

If you believe your unit was broken into, call the police and then call us
immediately. You’ll need to fill out an incident report with the police and catalog
everything that you feel is missing so that you can submit this along with your
insurance claim.
If you purchased insurance through our 3 rd party, please follow their claims
process which can be found at https://www.ESStorageclaims.com. If you opted to
self-insure then you will need to reach out to your insurance company to begin
the claim process.
No. As the Occupancy Agreement states Bargold does not carry any insurance
for your personal property. Bargold offers insurance through a 3rd party which
you can choose to purchase, or you need to have homeowners/renters’
insurance in place throughout your occupancy.
